• Northern snow load truss features
• Hose bibb vacuum breakers
• Hot water tank "water hammer arrester"
• Separate circuits for jacuzzi equipped homes
• All sink facilities contain seperate main shut off valves
• Low flush toilets
• Two (2) seperate GFI exterior electrical outlets
• Cold climate R-22 and R-44 insulation
• Low "E" Windows

Residential Development

Our residential development offerings include custom home building, and modular & manufactured home sales and installations.

Custom Home Building

With 649 unique Canadian home designs to choose from, Eagle Homes will help you choose a home suited to you. These plans include two storey OR one storey homes (with or without a basement), split levels, bi-levels and basement entry homes. Also available are duplexes and cottages!

Modular and Manufactured Homes

All our modular and manufactured homes are Canadian and meet all Northwest Territories, Alberta and Canadian building codes. They are completely Canadian Standard Association (CSA) certified. They arrive in a preconstructed state and are assembled and finished (including hook-up) on your choice of foundation at your chosen site.
